Hey there! Just wanted to let you know that all of our items are personalised by hand, so it takes us around 5-10 working days to get them ready for despatch. But don't worry, we always try to them done quicker if we can! Our standard delivery time is usually 2-5 working days from despatch, and express delivery takes 1-3 working days. Just keep in mind that we can't guarantee delivery times, and we won't be able to give a refund if it takes longer than we said. If you do need something urgently, please feel free to drop us an email and we can work with you to find a solution.

Refund Policy

Just wanted to let you know that we don't offer refunds for change of mind or late delivery, but we've got you covered if your item is faulty. All of our orders are personalised by humans, so we can't take responsibility for any spelling mistakes due to incorrect input in personalisation boxes at time of order. Please double check your spelling before checking out. If you receive a faulty item, just shoot us an email with your order number, description of the issue along with a photo of the issue, and we'll sort it out for you.
